Freddie is owner of Motivation Coaching, Inc., providing executive and business coaching services to corporations, organizations and individuals seeking increased productivity and bottom line revenue results.  An accomplished business professional with twenty years of management and sales leadership in the corporate business world, her longevity and experience is highlighted by a solution-oriented approach to business

Skilled in 360 degree leadership assessments, her focus on executive development, teambuilding and recruiting high potential employees for leadership training serves as the foundation for action based goals, and strategic results planning and management.

A leader in the industry, Freddie speaks, leads workshops and coaches on the topics of leadership, effective teamwork, sales management, customer service and communication across the United States.  Focused on measurable goal attainment, she is a writer and offers a series of thirty-two teleclasses and thirteen workshops to accompany her work.

Freddie holds a B. S. in Communications, is a Certified Franklin Covey Coach, and has initial certification in Marshall Goldsmith’s behavioral model in the Alliance for Strategic Leadership.  She is the current Communications Director and an Ambassador for the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, member of the International Coach Federation and Coachville.  She is also a member of the South Tampa and Plant City Chambers of Commerce.

Freddie has been recognized in Seth Godin’s “2004 Bull Market”, and  wrote the chapter on effective goal setting in the collaborative book “Creating Workplace Community:  Motivation” released in August 2004.  Her first book, titled “Sell More with Integrity” is scheduled for publication later this year.  Freddie also hosts a weekly radio show on Business America Radio network at 9am EST on Mondays effective August 2, 2004.

Prior to opening her coaching practice, Freddie served as Vice President for FOX Television Stations. Her responsibilities included development and achievement of budgets in excess of $70 million per year, improving and developing relationships with national and local clients, and the recruitment and growth of staff through effective hiring, training and team building.  Her oversight included local staff and sixteen regional offices.

Freddie’s coaching practice is based upon the strong principals of  integrity in leadership, customer service and community service.  When not busy with her coaching practice, Freddie enjoys family time with her husband and three children.
